DIRECTIONS  |
- For the sauce: Mix ¼ cup Housin sauce, 2 tablespoons minced ginger, ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup soy sauce, 1/8 cup sesame oil, 1 teaspoon red chili garlic sauce, ¼ cup diced green onions, and 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
- For the noodles: Boil 2 quarts of salted water and cook one package of udon noodles until soft, drain and run under cold water; reserve.
- For the stir fry: Heat a large wok and add 1/8 cup of sesame oil and quickly stir fry 1/3 cup each of snow peas, sliced onions, sliced carrots, sliced mushrooms, spinach, and red bell peppers. Add the noodles and sauce.
- In a deep fryer, fry 1 lb. of Mrs. Friday's® Breaded Calamari Rings & Tentacles for two minutes at 350°.
- Divide the stir fry into four bowls and top with the Calamari. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
