Crab Nicoise

Ingredients
| 4 | Ounces | Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630) |
| 1 | Each | Tomato, Cut Into 4 Wedges |
| 1/8 | Cup | Kalamata Olives |
| 1 | Each | Egg, Cut Into Quarters |
| 1/2 | Cup | Fresh Green Beans |
| 2 | Each | Yellow Potatoes, Quartered |
| 2 | Cups | Butter Lettuce |
| 1/8 | Cup | Vinaigrette Dressing |
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add the lettuce mix and the dressing and toss well.
- On a cold plate add the mixed salad and center it and pile high.
- Place the crab across the salad on the top.
- Surround with egg, potato, tomato, olives and green beans to create perfect color to the salad.
