Craft Beer Battered Shrimp Slider

|3||ounces||Wagu beef filet|
|2||ounces||house made yukon gold chips|
|6||ounces||prepared craft beef tempura batter|
- Grill filet to order.
- Toast buns.
- Skewer shrimp and dip into craft beer batter shaking off excess and deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown and internal 165 degrees.
- Place beef onto toasted slider bottom.
- Top with pickle, onion and chips and top with bun.
- Place fried skewer shrimp through top of bun and serve
