Craft Beer Battered Shrimp Slider

Ingredients

6 each Lightly Dusted Shrimp 31/35 ct.
3 ounces Wagu beef filet
2 ounces house made yukon gold chips
1.5 ounces caramelized onions
6 each homemade pickles
3 each slider rolls
6 ounces prepared craft beef tempura batter

Directions

  1. Grill filet to order.
  2. Toast buns.
  3. Skewer shrimp and dip into craft beer batter shaking off excess and deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown and internal 165 degrees.
  4. Place beef onto toasted slider bottom.
  5. Top with pickle, onion and chips and top with bun.
  6. Place fried skewer shrimp through top of bun and serve
