2 each Tavern Battered® Cod Fillets 2-3 oz.
6 each Fingerling Potatoes, Par Cooked, Smashed, Fried
1 each lemon wedges
1 recipe Comeback Sauce


  1. Prepare sauce as directed.
  2. Par boil the fingerling potatoes and cool. Smash the potato with your hand till it is somewhat flat. Fry the potato till crispy and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Fry the Tavern Battered Cod till golden and 165˚F internal temperature.
  4. Arrange in a bowl and drizzle the sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh lemon wedge and parsley
