Fish and Chips Bowl

|2||each||Tavern Battered® Cod Fillets 2-3 oz.|
|6||each||Fingerling Potatoes, Par Cooked, Smashed, Fried|
- Prepare sauce as directed.
- Par boil the fingerling potatoes and cool. Smash the potato with your hand till it is somewhat flat. Fry the potato till crispy and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Fry the Tavern Battered Cod till golden and 165˚F internal temperature.
- Arrange in a bowl and drizzle the sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh lemon wedge and parsley
