Krabby Waffle Benedict
A twist to the classic Eggs Benedict replacing the traditional English Muffin or Waffle with our savory Unbreaded Krabbycakes®. It is a unique and simple recipe that is perfect for breakfast or brunch.
|2||Each, thawed||Seafood Crab Cakes, Unbreaded, Oven-Ready|
|1||Ounce||Hollandaise Sauce, prepared|
- Place two Unbreaded Krabbycakes® on a hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
- Cook the Egg the way your prefer.
- Place cooked Krabbycakes® on plate.
- Spoon on 1 1/2 teaspoons of Remoulade on each cake and place the egg in between the Krabbycakes®. Top egg with the hollandaise and garnish with fresh dill and serve.
