Ingredients

1 Pound Seafood Sensations®
2 Cups Sushi Rice
1 Cucumber, Seeded, Julienned
1 Carrot, Julienned
8 Nori Sheets
Soy Sauce
Wasabi Paste
Pickled Ginger

Directions

  1. Place sushi rice on bamboo mat. Press rice into 8-inch square.
  2. Top with one nori sheet.
  3. Arrange Seafood Sensations, cucumber and carrots.
  4. Roll sushi, cut and serve with soy, wasabi paste, and pickled ginger.
