All orders are carefully packed and shipped Monday – Wednesday with order cutoff at 11 am Central on Wednesday. Shipping terms and conditions from carrier apply. Frozen items will be shipped via FedEx either Ground or Overnight on Dry Ice based on shipping address. Local pickup is available for those near zip code 31521. Ground shipping cost are $25, Overnight are $50, and Smoked Salmon is $5 per order. Note Smoked Salmon will be sent out via USPS.
Upon delivery, ideally there should be someone present to receive the perishable product. We suggest that the product is immediately removed from the outer shipping container and placed in the freezer.
