We select only the finest quality fish, hand-trim the fillets, then use our flavor-infusion process to deliver consistent flavor throughout. Offered in a variety of moisture-retaining, delicious and popular sauces, the cooked fish holds its moisture in a chafing dish for as long as two hours. Frozen and ready to bake, microwave or broil, no thawing or prep work is required.

Cooking Instructions:

CONVECTION OVENFrom frozen, 350°F for 15-17 minutes or until fish reaches internal temperature of 165°F CONVENTIONAL OVENFrom frozen, 375°F for 19-22 minutes or until fish reaches internal temperature of 165°F MICROWAVEPlace frozen fish on microwave safe dish. Set on HIGH and cook for 4½-5 minutes or until fish reaches internal temperature of 165°F BROILPlace frozen fish in baking dish with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Place in broiler on HIGH for 10-13 minutes or until fish reaches internal temperature of 165°F"
