Superior quality, wild caught halibut is processed quickly to preserve its fresh flavor and texture, hand cut to a unique, sandwich bun size, and coated with our exclusive blend of brewer’s yeast and natural hops to produce authentic pub flavor in a light, crispy batter with a hand-dipped appearance.

Cooking Instructions:

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. CONVECTION OVENPreheat 375°F. Place product on baking sheet and cook for approximately 12-14 minutes or until product is crisp. DEEP FRYERHeat oil to 350°F. Add product, shaking baskets occasionally to prevent from adhering. Fry for approximately 5.5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
