1PoundJumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1/2CupMayonnaise, Heavy Duty
2EachEggs, Slightly Beaten
1/4CupOnions, Finley Chopped
2TablesppoonsGreen Peppers, Finely Chopped
2TablespoonsCelery, Finely Chopped
3CupsPanko
1EachLemon, Fresh, Juice, Zest
3TablespoonsCajun Seasoning
Garlic Chive Aioli:
1/2CupMayonnaise, Heavy Duty
1/4CupChives
1/4CupGarlic, Fresh, Minced
2TablespoonsLemon, Fresh, Juice, Zest

Directions

  1. Slightly beat the egg and add the Jumbo Crab Sensations, mayo, onions, peppers, celery, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning and 3/4 cup of the panko. Form into cakes of your desired size and lightly coat the cakes in the remainder of the panko. Sauté or fry.
  2. For the aioli, mix all ingredients together.
