Mixed greens, sliced cherry tomatoes and cucumbers are topped with crispy Mrs. Friday’s® Calamari Rings and drizzled with Italian vinaigrette for a unique light and summery salad.

5 ounces Lightly Breaded Ring and Tentacle Calamari
1 cup field greens
4 each cherry tomatoes
6 slices cucumber
3 slices red onion
2 ounces Italian dressing


  1. Slice the vegetables into thin pieces, rinse and dry the field greens.
  2. Cook as directed on packaging.
  3. In a salad bowl, toss all the ingredients with the Italian Dressing and serve.
