Cast Iron Lobster Cake

Ingredients

1/4 Pound Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510)
1 Tablespoon Butter, Unsalted
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 Cup Panko
1 Each Egg, Beaten
1 Dash Tabasco® Sauce
To Taste Salt & Pepper
1-2 Ounces Citrus Aioli
12 Each Chives, Fresh, Chopped
1 Each Lemon, Fresh, Wedge

Directions

  1. Mix the Lobster Salad Sensations® with the panko, egg, Dijon, Tabasco®, salt & pepper. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Brush a cast iron gratin baking dish with butter and add the mixture to the pan.
  3. Bake the Lobster Salad Sensations® cake for 20 minutes or until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
  4. Drizzle with citrus aioli and garnish with chopped chives and fresh lemon.
