Ingredients

1/2 Pound Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
6 Slices Bacon (Chopped)
3 Each Scallions, Chopped
2 Pounds Potatoes, Shredded and Blanched
1 Cup Caramelized Onions, Diced
2 1/2 Cups Colby Cheese, Shredded
1 Can Creamy Lobster Bisque
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
10 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Mix all casserole ingredients together (Lobster Sensations®, bacon, scallions, potatoes, onions, 2 cups Colby cheese, lobster bisque, sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt & pepper).
  2. Place in a 9”X13” oven safe, greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350°F until 165°F internal cooking temperature.
  4. Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter, panko breadcrumbs and remaining Colby cheese for the topping and add to casserole.
  5. Finish by browning the topping and serve.
