Crab and Seafood Gazpacho

Zesty Spanish style chilled soup of peppers, cucumber and tomatoes; topped with a heaping blend of King Crab, Snow Crab, and Seafood.

Ingredients

12ounces
1ouncegreen bell pepper
1ounceyellow bell pepper
1ouncered bell pepper
1cupEnglish peeled cucumbers
1cupcherry tomatoes
6ouncestomato juice
1/8cuprice wine vinegar
1/8cupchilantro, choped
1/8cupbasil, chopped
1tablespoonjalapeño
2tablespoonsolive oil

Directions

  1. In a blender, pureé all ingredients to rough chop, add the tomato juice and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into chilled bowls and top with the Crab Sensations™.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs.
