Crab and Seafood Gazpacho
Zesty Spanish style chilled soup of peppers, cucumber and tomatoes; topped with a heaping blend of King Crab, Snow Crab, and Seafood.
|1||ounce||green bell pepper|
|1||ounce||yellow bell pepper|
|1||ounce||red bell pepper|
|1||cup||English peeled cucumbers|
|1/8||cup||rice wine vinegar|
- In a blender, pureé all ingredients to rough chop, add the tomato juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into chilled bowls and top with the Crab Sensations™.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
