Crab and Seafood Pasta Primavera

A delicious blend of King Crab, Snow Crab and Seafood tossed with blanched asparagus tips, broccoli florets, snap peas, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese tossed in fettuccine.

Ingredients

3 Ounces Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
3 Spears Asparagus, Cut In 1-Inch Pieces
4 Florets Broccoli
6 Each Snap Peas
4 Each Baby Carrots
4 Each Cherry Tomatoes
2 Each Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Fresh Cream
4 Ounces Fettuccine, Cooked
1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
As Garnish Basil, Chiffonade
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper

Directions

  1. In a hot sauté pan, add a dash of extra virgin olive oil and sauté asparagus tips, broccoli florets, snap peas, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes and fresh garlic.
  2. Add a ¼ cup of cream and ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, stir in cooked fettuccine and Crab Sensations™.
  3. Season with fresh basil, salt and cracked pepper.
