Crispy Alaskan Pollock Garlic Cheddar Biscuit
- Bake the Pollock according to package instructions till 165°F internal temperature.
- Infuse the habanero pepper into the maple syrup by steeping the two together for approximately 30 minutes. Strain to discard the habanero flesh and seeds.
- Heat the biscuit and the pimento cheese spread, add the Pollock and drizzle the fish with the spicy syrup.
