Crispy Calamari Stir Fry with Udon Noodles and Sesame Ginger Sauce
|1||Pound||Lightly Breaded Ring and Tentacle Calamari (Item# 041250)|
|1/3||Cup||Red Bell Peppers|
|1||Cup||Sesame Ginger Sauce|
- Boil salted water and cook one package of udon noodles until soft, drain and run under cold water; reserve.
- Heat a large wok and add sesame oil and quickly stir fry snow peas, sliced onions, sliced carrots, sliced mushrooms, spinach, and red bell peppers. Add the noodles and sauce.
- In a deep fryer, fry 1 lb. of Mrs. Friday's® Breaded Calamari Rings & Tentacles for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until golden brown at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
- Divide the stir fry into four bowls and top with the calamari. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
