Crispy Pollock Fish n’ Chip Sandwich

Ingredients

1 Each Alaskan Pollock Sandwich (Item# 075426)
1 Each Brioche Roll
1 Each American Cheese, Sliced
4 Each Pickle Chips
2 Ounces Tartar Sauce

Directions

  1. Bake or fry the pollock portion according to directions and until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Toast the brioche and spread the tartar sauce on both sides of the bread.
  3. Stack the pickles, the fish and the cheese on the bottom bun and then add the dressed top to complete.
