2ounceRoasted Celebration potatoes
1.5ouncesbaby arugula
1.5ouncesbaby spinach
1ounceStilton cheese
4eachyellow and red grape tomatoes
1ouncered onion, shaved
1ounceyellow bell pepper
2ouncesmalt vinaigrette dressing


  1. Deep fry haddock at 350 degrees F.
  2. Toss all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and top with crispy haddock.
