Ingredients

2 Each Alaskan Pollock Sandwich (Item# 075426)
2 Each American Cheese, Slices
2 Each Tomato, Slices
1/4 Cup Lettuce, Iceberg, Shredded
2 Ounces Tartar Sauce
1 Each Bun, Soft
1 Tablespoon Butter, Soft

Directions

  1. Cook the Alaskan Pollock Sandwich portions according to package instructions until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Butter and toast the bun.
  3. Top the bun with Alaskan Pollock, then add 1 slice of cheese. Add another portion of fish topped with cheese and add the tomatoes, lettuce and tartar sauce.
