Ingredients

4 Each Gourmet Lobster & Seafood Cake (Item# 057931)
4 Each Glazed Doughnuts
8 Slices Bacon, thick sliced and cooked
4 Slices Munster Cheese, sliced

Directions

  1. Slack and sear the lobster cake until golden and then melt the cheese on it.
  2. Cut the doughnut in half and toast the inside with some of the rendered bacon fat.
  3. Arrange the lobster cake and cheese on the doughnut, add the bacon and top with the other doughnut half.
  4. Serve hot.
