Hot Lobster & Seafood Roll
Sweet lobster and seafood are mixed with mayo, onions, celery, lemon juice and parsley, topped onto a toasted bun and melted under the broiler with munster cheese. A trendy and profitable lobster dish.

| 1/3 | Cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 | Each | Sweet Onions, Diced |
| 2 | Stalks | Celery, Diced |
| 1/2 | Each | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 2 | Tablespoons | Fresh Italian Parsley |
| To | Taste | Salt and Pepper |
| 8 | Each | Munster Cheese, Sliced Thin |
| 4 | Each | New England Roll |
| As | Needed | Softened Butter |
Directions
- Mix the Lobster Sensations®, mayo, onions, celery, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
- Butter the rolls and toast lightly.
- Add slices of cheese and melt under a broiler until golden.
