A healthier alternative than a traditional Oscar entree served with crispy golden Krabbycakes® topped with steamed asparagus, Jumbo Lump Crab Sensations® and a Dijon hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients

2 Each Breaded Krabbycakes® 3 oz. (Item# 073550)
3 Ounces Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1 Ounce Butter
8 Each Asparagus Spears
3 Ounces Dijon Hollandaise Sauce

Directions

  1. Bake the Krabbycakes® according to instructions at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Heat up the Jumbo Crab Sensations® in a small amount of butter.
  3. Steam the asparagus and top the Krabbycakes® with asparagus, Crab Sensations® and finish with the Dijon hollandaise sauce.
