Krabbycakes® with Soft Poached Egg over Creamy Cheese Grits and Country Gravy

Ingredients

1 Each Breaded Krabbycakes® 3 oz. (Item# 073550)
1 Each Egg, Poached
1 Cup Grits, Cooked
1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup White Country Gravy
1 Tablespoon Bacon Cracklings

Directions

  1. Fry or bake the Krabbycakes® according to the package directions until 165°F internal temperature. Blend the cheese with the grits. Top with the country gravy.
  2. Place the Krabbycake® on top of the grits and top with a poached egg. Garnish with bacon cracklings and cheddar cheese.
