Lobster Noodle Salad with Krabbycakes®
Enjoy this colorful salad that has a blend of many flavors. It features our Lobster Sensations®, Udon noodles, ginger, parsley, red and green peppers, and a few more ingredients that make this a perfect dish. Then tossed in a signature Asian dressing and topped with our breaded Krabbycakes®. A dish that is sure to impress your guests.

|1||Cup||Red and Green Bell Peppers, Julienne|
|1/4||Cup||Sugar Snap Peas|
|4||Ounces||Chinese Stir-Fry Sauce|
|1||Ounce||Rice Wine Vinegar|
- Blanch noodles in boiling water for 7-10 minutes, then drain and cool in icy water.
- Combine all the ingredients and add the dressing. Mix well and chill.
- Place 6 oz. of noodle salad in a bowl, top with fried Krabbycakes® and garnish with green onion.
