Ingredients

3 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
6 Ounces Bucatini, Cooked
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Each Garlic, Chopped
1 Each Shallots, Chopped
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 Each Anchovies
4 Each Kalamata Olives, Pitted
1 Tablespoon Capers
1/8 Cup Red Wine
8 Ounces Crushed Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Butter, Unsalted
To Taste Salt & Pepper
As Desired Parmigiano Reggiano, Grated

Directions

  1. In a medium heat saucepan sauté the shallots, kalamata olives, capers, anchovies and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Deglaze the pan with red wine and then add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
  3. Finish the sauce with the Lobster Sensations®, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, pepper and butter.
  4. Arrange the pasta with the sauce over it and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
