Lobster Salad Dumpling Stir Fry

The only thing better than dumplings in a stir fry is lobster in the dumplings. Use Lobster Salad Sensations® to turn a stir fry into a menu chart-topping hit.

Ingredients

Dumpling
1/3 Cup Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510)
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1/4 Teaspoon Lemongrass, Minced
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
5 Each Dumpling Wrappers
Stir Fry:
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1/8 Each Red Bell Pepper, Julienne
6 Each Snow Peas, Blanched
1/4 Cup Bean Sprouts
1/4 Each Onions, Julienne
1 Cup Cabbage, Chiffonade
1/4 Cup Carrots, Julienne
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Each Scallions, Chopped
To Taste Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Dumplings: In a small sauté pan heat the oil and lightly cook the ginger, lemongrass and garlic. Add the soy sauce and let cool.
  2. Fold the cooled mixture with the Lobster Salad Sensations®.
  3. Make the dumpling by spooning in a fifth of the mixture into a dumpling wrapper and fold to desire dumpling shape. Using water to seal the edges.
  4. Steam & Sear the dumplings for the top of the stir fry.
  5. Stir Fry: In a wok or large sauté pan heat the oil and add the veggies and then the garlic and ginger. Deglaze with soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped scallions for garnish.
