Lobster and Seafood BLT Flatbread
Chunks of Lobster Sensations® with a rich creamy cheese sauce, smoked pancetta, shredded Boston bibb lettuce and sliced organic tomatoes.
|3||Ounces||Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)|
|2||Ounces||Pancetta, Cooked And Diced|
|1/2||Cup||Boston Bibb Lettuce, Shredded|
|1||Cup||Pizza Cheese, Shredded|
- Ladle sauce over the flatbread leaving 1/8 inch around the edge of the dough.
- Cover flatbread with lobster, spread out evenly and then sprinkle over the cooked pancetta and place the tomato around the flatbread.
- Layer with cheese and then bake in a 375°F convection oven until golden brown in color.
- Remove and top with chopped lettuce, slice into pieces and serve.
