12 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
12 Ounces Gournay Cheese
12 Each Wontons, Fried Crispy
2 Ounces Lemon Chervil Beurre Blanc

Directions

  1. Pipe Gournay cheese on crispy wonton skins.
  2. Lay Lobster Sensations around the Gournay cheese and stack twice.
  3. Bake until cheese and Lobster Sensations are hot.
  4. Put finished Napoleon in middle of plate.
  5. Garnish with sauce.
