Lobster & Seafood Poke Wonton Tacos

These wonton tacos pack a crunch. The wonton shells are layered with our Lobster Sensations®, ginger, scallions, soy sauce. Then topped with some avocado wasabi sauce and cilantro.

1/4PoundLobster Sensations®
2TeaspoonsSoy Sauce
1TeaspoonGinger, fresh, minced
2TablespoonsCilantro, fresh, chopped
2TablespoonsScallions, chopped
1/2TeaspoonSesame Oil
4EachEgg Roll Wrappers, large, square, fried
1/8CupAvocado Wasabi Sauce
Cilantro, garnish
Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and let it chill for 2 hours.
  2. Fry the egg roll wrappers like a taco shell.
  3. Put lobster & seafood poke in the shells, top with some avocado wasabi sauce and cilantro.
