Lobster and Seafood Tacos
Succulent lobster & seafood with caramelized onions, fresh cilantro and queso cheese, wrapped in grilled corn tortillas and smothered in tangy chipotle-tomato sauce.

| 2 | Ounces | Caramelized Onion |
| 3 | Ounces | Queso Cheese |
| 2 | Tablespoons | Whole Cilantro Leaves |
| 3 | Each | Corn Tortilla Shells |
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Lobster Sensations®, caramelized onions, quesadilla cheese and cilantro. Mix gently.
- Heat the mixture in a saute pan until the cheese begins to melt.
- While the mixture is heating, heat the corn tortillas over an open flame until the edges begin to brown.
- Fill the tortillas with the heated mixture and cilantro leaves and serve warm.
