Mediterranean Calamari Ringers with Crunchy Garbanzo Beans

|5||Ounces||Italian Breaded Calamari Ringers 45 ct. (Item# 041210)|
|3||Each||Oven Dried Lemon Circles|
|As Needed||Italian Parsley|
|1||Cup||Fried Garbanzo Beans|
|1||Tablespoons||Fresh Lemon Juice|
- In a 350°F fryer add the drained and dried garbanzo beans and fry for 45 seconds until golden and crunchy. Drain and then sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of the spice blend.
- Fry the calamari to the box instructions in a 350°F fryer until the calamari is 165°F and golden brown drain well and hold in a bowl and add the seasoning and mix well.
- On a square white plate place the seasoned beans onto the middle of the plate. Place the cooked calamari around the plate as pictured and place the three lemon circles off to the right side.
- Place the Italian parsley around the calamari as pictured and serve with a side of yogurt mixed with lemon juice.
