Mediterranean Cod Sandwich
|8||Each||Tavern Battered® Cod Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 070053)|
|1.5||Cups||Butter Lettuce, Shredded|
|2||Each||Radishes, Thinly Sliced|
|1||Each||Carrot, Shredded, Medium|
- Place Tavern Battered® Cod in a 350°F fryer and cook to box instructions or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Fillets should be golden brown and crispy.
- In a medium bowl, toss lettuces, radishes and carrot with lime juice and oil.
- Heat ciabatta rolls until slightly warm.
- Spread baba ganoush on bottom piece of a ciabatta roll. Place 2 fish fillets on top followed by salad mixture.
- Top with ciabatta and serve.
