Mediterranean Crab and Seafood Flatbread
Chunks of Jumbo Crab Sensations™ with extra virgin olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, sliced basil and shredded mozzarella cheese topped with caramelized onions.
|3||Ounces||Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)|
|1||Ounce||Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1.5||Ounces||Caramelized Onions, Cooked, Chilled|
|1/4||Cup||Sun Dried Tomato|
|As Needed||Chopped Basil|
- Coat the flatbread with the olive oil leaving 1/8 inch around the edge of the dough.
- Cover flatbread in crab spread out evenly and then sprinkle onion around the flatbread and place the tomato around the onion.
- Layer with cheese and then bake to order in a hot pizza oven.
- Bake in a 375°F convection oven until golden brown in color and remove and top with chopped basil.
- Slice into pieces and serve.
