Ingredients

1	Pound	Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
1/3	Cup	Mayo
1/4	Each	Sweet Onions, Diced
2	Each	Celery, Stalked, Diced
1/2	Each	Lemon Juice, Fresh
2	Tablespoons	Italian Parsley, Fresh
	To Taste	Kosher Salt
	To Taste	Freshly ground Black Pepper
4	Each	New England Roll
	As Needed	Butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients and season to desired taste.
Butter and toast roll.
Put 6 oz. of the lobster and seafood salad on each roll and serve.
