Parmesan and Herbs Ring and Tentacle Calamari

|1||Pouch||Lightly Breaded Ring and Tentacle Calamari (Item# 041250)|
|1/2||Teaspoon||Rosemary, Finely Chopped|
|1/2||Teaspoon||Thyme, Finely Chopped|
|1||Tablespoon||Parmesan Cheese, Shredded|
|To Taste||Black Pepper|
|3||Each||Lemon Wedge, Garnish|
- Preheat the fryer to 350°F. Fry the Mrs. Friday’s® Ring and Tentacle Calamari for 1 ½ minutes or 165°F internal temperature. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat butter on medium heat until browned slightly. Add garlic and allow to brown for an additional minute. Remove from heat and reserve.
- In a mixing bowl, toss Mrs. Friday’s® Ring and Tentacle Calamari in about 1 oz. of the butter and garlic mixture. Add the rosemary, thyme, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and continue to toss.
- Serve hot with a 4 oz. warmed ramekin of marinara sauce, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedge.
