Ingredients

Seafood Linguini:
3 Ounces Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
4 Ounces Linguini, Cooked
4 Ounces White Wine Sauce
1 Tablespoon Italian Parsley, Garnish
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Garlic Bread:
3 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
1 Ounce Butter, Unsalted
1 Each Garlic, Clove, Chopped Fine
1 Tablespoon Italian Parsley, Chopped
4 Ounces Pizza Dough
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 Tablespoons Butter, Melted with Garlic & Parsley

Directions

  1. Lobster Garlic Bread: Sauté the garlic and Lobster Sensations in butter. Add the parsley, toss and cool. Shape the dough into an oval and lay the Lobster Sensations mixture in the center lengthwise. Add the mozzarella cheese Roll the dough into a log shape. Bake @ 350° F for approximately 15 minutes. Sliced on a bias and brush with butter, garlic and parsley mixture
  2. Linguini: Prepare your white wine sauce, toss in the Seafood Sensations and linguini. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve the Lobster garlic bread on the side for dipping.
