Seafood Sensations® & Grits Sundae
Sundaes are for seafood. Add our Seafood Sensations® to a creamy, comfy Cajun seasoned sauce over cheesy grits in a sundae cup, and you’ll have to fight off the urge to eat it yourself before serving it to your patrons.
|3||Ounces||Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)|
|1||Cup||Prepared Cheese Grits|
|3||Each||Tomatoes, Grape, Halved|
|To||Taste||Salt & Pepper|
- In a pan add the shallots and wine and reduce till almost dry. Add the cream and reduce by 2/3rds take off the heat and swirl in 2 tablespoons of butter and season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate sauté pan add 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté the Seafood Sensations® and tomatoes with the Cajun Seasoning.
- Add the Seafood Sensations® to the cream and serve over hot cheesy grits. Garnish with chopped scallions.
