1/4 Pound Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
4 Each Crispy Corn Tortilla Taco Shells
1 Cup Yellow Corn, Roasted
2 Tablespoons Red Peppers, Diced
1 Tablespoon Jalapeno, Seeded and Diced
1 Each Tomato, Seeded and Diced
2 Each Scallions, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice, Fresh
1 Each Avocado, Seeded And Diced
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper

Directions

  1. Roast and cool corn.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients.
  3. Put in crispy corn taco shell.
