1/4PoundSeafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
4EachCrispy Corn Tortilla Taco Shells
2Ears off CobYellow corn, roasted, cut
2TablespoonsRed Peppers, diced
1TablespoonJalapeno, seeded and diced
1EachTomato, seeded and diced
2EachScallions, chopped
2TablespoonsCilantro, fresh, chopped
2TablespoonsLime Juice, fresh
1EachAvocado, seeded and diced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Roast and cool corn.
  2. Cut it off the cob and add the reminder of the ingredients.
  3. Put in crispy corn taco shell.
