Ingredients

1/2 cup Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
1/2 cup Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
2 oz Fire Roasted Black Bean & Corn Salsa Blend
4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce, warmed
8 oz Hash Brown Sticks, deep fried
1 tsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp Butter

Directions

  1. Mix together Lobster Sensations®, Seafood Sensations®, and fire roasted black bean & corn salsa.
  2. Transfer to sauté pan with butter and heat.
  3. Place hash brown sticks in bottom of tray. Drizzle with Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and top with Sensations® and corn salsa blend.
  4. Garnish with a pinch of chopped cilantro.
