Shrimp and Scallop Sensations Shish Kebabs
|4||each||26/30 or 31/35 shrimp with tail on|
|balsamic rosemary vinaigrette|
- Cube your red peppers and yellow squash into 1" x 1" cubes while slicing your cucumber into 1" slices.
- Carefully place the red pepper, shrimp, cucumber, Scallop Sensation™, red pepper, shrimp, cucumber and Scallop Sensation™ on the bamboo skewer.
- Repeat as needed and place balsamic-rosemary vinaigrette on both sides of the skewer.
- Place on grill with high heat for 6-8 minutes. Be careful of overcooking and flame-ups.
- Serve on appetizer plate with additional balsamic-rosemary vinaigrette.
