Ingredients

3 Each Crispy Southern Flounder (Item# 075711)
2 Ounces Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing
1/4 Head Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped
1/4 Cup Black Beans, Cooked
1/4 Cup Corn Kernels, Cooked
1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1/4 Cup Cucumbers, Peeled, Seeded, Diced
2 Each Radishes, Sliced

Directions

  1. Fry or bake flounder according to box instructions or at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Toss the salad with the blue cheese dressing and top with the Crispy Southern Flounder.
