Tavern Battered® Haliburger® Salad with Vanilla Vinaigrette

6 each Tavern Battered® Haliburger®
6 cups mixed greens
12-18 each mission figs, dried, sliced
1.5 cups feta cheese, crumbled
6 each tomato, cut into wedges
1.5 cups carrot, cut into matchsticks
18-24 ounces vanilla vinaigrette


  1. Cook Mrs. Friday’s Tavern Battered Haliburger® as directed on packaging. Cut into equal size strips once fully cooked.
  2. Assemble a bed of mixed greens, top with carrots, tomatoes, figs and feta; dividing all ingredients into 6 equal portions. Toss each salad with 3-4 oz. of Vanilla Vinaigrette (or serve on the side).
  3. Top with Mrs. Friday’s Tavern Battered Haliburger® strips and serve.
