Tavern Battered® Haliburger® Salad with Vanilla Vinaigrette

Ingredients

6 Each Tavern Battered® Haliburger® (Item# 070014)
6 Cups Mixed Greens
12-18 Each Mission Figs, Dried, Sliced
1.5 Cups Feta Cheese, Crumbled
6 Each Tomato, Cut Into Wedges
1.5 Cups Carrot, Cut Into Matchsticks
18-24 Ounces Vanilla Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Cook Mrs. Friday’s Tavern Battered Haliburger® as directed on packaging to 165°F internal temperature. Cut into equal size strips once fully cooked.
  2. Assemble a bed of mixed greens, top with carrots, tomatoes, figs and feta; dividing all ingredients into 6 equal portions. Toss each salad with 3-4 oz. of Vanilla Vinaigrette (or serve on the side).
  3. Top with Mrs. Friday’s Tavern Battered Haliburger® strips and serve.
