Tavern Battered® Haliburger® Salad with Vanilla Vinaigrette

|12-18||each||mission figs, dried, sliced|
|1.5||cups||feta cheese, crumbled|
|6||each||tomato, cut into wedges|
|1.5||cups||carrot, cut into matchsticks|
- Cook Mrs. Friday’s Tavern Battered Haliburger® as directed on packaging. Cut into equal size strips once fully cooked.
- Assemble a bed of mixed greens, top with carrots, tomatoes, figs and feta; dividing all ingredients into 6 equal portions. Toss each salad with 3-4 oz. of Vanilla Vinaigrette (or serve on the side).
- Top with Mrs. Friday’s Tavern Battered Haliburger® strips and serve.
