Whiskey Glazed Scallop & Seafood Skewers

Fire up the grill and get ready to wow guests. Seasoned scallops grilled and basted with a bourbon and maple glaze, served with rice and veggies.

Menu Part



8 each Scallop Sensations®
2 each skewers
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons olive oil
to taste salt and pepper
1 cup rice
1 cup vegetable


  1. Score the Scallop Sensations® into diamonds
  2. Season with salt and pepper and place onto skewers 4 per skewer
  3. Mix oil, bourbon and syrup well into a glaze
  4. Grill the skewers and baste with the glaze as they cook
  5. Place the rice and vegetable into the middle of the plate and place the skewers around them. Drizzle with remaining glaze and serve with lemon wedges.
