Whiskey Glazed Scallop & Seafood Skewers
Fire up the grill and get ready to wow guests. Seasoned scallops grilled and basted with a bourbon and maple glaze, served with rice and veggies.

- Score the Scallop Sensations® into diamonds
- Season with salt and pepper and place onto skewers 4 per skewer
- Mix oil, bourbon and syrup well into a glaze
- Grill the skewers and baste with the glaze as they cook
- Place the rice and vegetable into the middle of the plate and place the skewers around them. Drizzle with remaining glaze and serve with lemon wedges.
