|2||Cups||Panko Bread Crumbs|
|4||Each||Fried Plantains, Sliced Lengthwise|
|2||Ounces||Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce|
- Dip each Krabbycakes® into beer batter, roll into panko and fry to order in 350°F oil to 165°F internal temperature.
- To assemble lay the plantains across the plate, top with 12 dollops of beurre blanc and place Krabbycakes® atop each dollop.
- Garnish with the lime wedges and cilantro.
