2 Each Tortilla Crusted Tilapia (Item# 072022)
3 Ounces White Corn Tortilla Chips, Tossed in Lime & Salt
3 Ounces Fire Roasted Salsa Crema
4 Ounces Pico Slaw
2 Each Lime Wedges
As Needed Cilantro Leaves, Fresh
Salsa Crema:
1 1/2 Ounces Sour Cream
1 1/2 Ounces Fire Roasted Salsa


  1. Bake the tortilla tilapia at 375°F until 165°F internal temperature is achieved approximately 14-15 minutes.
  2. Arrange on a platter or basket with the chips, slaw and salsa crema and garnish with lime and cilantro leaves.
